As part of the Centennial Anniversary, the Psi Chapter Alumni Corp. and Pi Kappa Phi Properties are embarking on an ambitious restoration and preservation project to ensure the next 100 years of Psi Chapter's success at Cornell University.

Restoring the nucleus of the house
Collaborating with leading artisanal craftspeople, the intent of this project is to honor the historic design of Greentrees with meticulous restoration efforts and selective reproduction of missing elements.
